About the Role
As an Esthetician & Patient Aesthetic Coordinator, you’ll be a key touchpoint in our clinic experience. You’ll help patients understand their options, feel confident in their treatment plans, and supported before and after every procedure. You won’t just perform treatments, you’ll help shape outcomes, relationships, and trust.

What You’ll Do
Be a Trusted Guide for Patients
- Provide complimentary consultations and help patients understand treatment options aligned with their goals
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Answer questions with clarity, confidence, and empathy (before and after treatments)
- Ensure seamless follow-up and ongoing communication post-treatment
Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care
- Perform and support medical aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, acne and anti-aging treatments, pigmentation procedures, radiofrequency, laser, and InMode-based services
- Recommend medical-grade skincare and home-care protocols tailored to each patient
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within electronic medical records
- Consult with the Medical Director as needed on protocols, concerns, or complications
Create a Calm, Welcoming Experience
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for at every visit
- Contribute to a positive, stress-free clinic environment
Collaborate & Grow with the Team
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues across the clinic
- Share insights about patient needs, preferences, and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and learning opportunities
- Stay current with emerging technologies, treatments, and best practices
Support Clinic Marketing & Education
- Contribute to weekly educational social media content (clinic-focused, on a professional account)
- Participate in monthly marketing and promotional planning
- Help communicate the clinic’s expertise and approach in a way that feels authentic and aligned with our brand
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- High school diploma and a diploma or certification from a reputable Canadian aesthetics school (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical cosmetic or aesthetic clinic
- Hands-on experience with laser modalities, chemical peels, facials, radiofrequency, InMode devices, acne and anti-aging treatments
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare (e.g., Alumier MD, ZO Skin Health, Alastin)
- Familiarity with regenerative and advanced aesthetic platforms (InMode, Sciton, microneedling, chemical peels, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and attention to detail
